Our Premier Barns with Farrier & Measuring Stations

Sharing a broad 19′ center aisle, these three stabling barns are joined under continuous roof and connect directly to NEC’s West Arena with GGT Fiber Footing. Each barn offers (80) stalls in a climate-controlled environment with overhead heating units and ventilation fans; no-slip packed dirt floors; multiple wash racks with free-standing hand washing stations, multiple hand sanitizing dispensers and nearby permanent restroom and shower facilities. Accommodating a total (240) stalls, these barns contain permanent 10’x10′ stalls with rubber mat and/or limestone chat floors, duplex electrical outlets at each stall, and
sliding door fronts. In addition, each barn is supported by water-spigots at each cross-aisle and multiple manure pits just outside the barn doors.

Special features unique to Barn 1: Mid Rivers Equine Centre’s Pony Measuring Bay and NEC’s Farrier Station with walk-up parking for farrier equipment trucks and trailers.
