Join NEC in welcoming Prime Time Horse Shows as they continue the St Louis winter tradition that is the Meet Me in St Louis Winter Festival Series. An USEF/USHJA “A” rated Hunter Jumper Show, this four-day competition promises “oohs” and “ahhs” from spectacular, high-flying horses and their riders.
