If you are 18 years of age or older and have your own horse, enjoy riding patterns, riding with others, and welcome the chance to spice up work for your equine partner, come join our NEC Adult Drill Team!
Riders should be able to confidently walk, trot and canter their horse and be comfortable riding in boot-to-boot proximity of other horses.
This is a start up team with an initial 6-month required commitment. The team will meet two times per month Nov-May (skipping December for Holiday Break). After the initial period, NEC will evaluate interest and set plans for going forward based on demand.
This is a 2-hour session with a $50 fee covering both stabling and riding. If you choose to commit to the 6-month program, the fee will be $100 per month ($25 per hour for 4 hours of instructed ride time) payable at the first session of each month.
Session times are 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
Team instructor is Angela Kendall.
Please register in advance by contacting Tracy Miller in the NEC services office at 636.561.8080 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope to have a big turn out as teams are truly geared toward the more the merrier.
