Show Office| Manager’s Lounge| Private Office
The National Equestrian Center is well-equipped to keep your show management staff productive, comfortable, and content. Our air-conditioned lobby hosts the West Show Manager’s Lounge and neighboring but separate West Show Office. The Show Manager’s Lounge is furnished for relaxation with an overstuffed loveseat, rocking-recliner, and coffee table that converts to a lap-height desk. The Show Office is equipped with a telephone, desks, tables, chairs, copy machine, mini-fridge, and microwave for use by show personnel.
Communication is clear and effective with high-speed WIFI access and Ethernet connections available between the Show Office and Center Ring as well as the Announcer’s Booth.
Our updated PA system is technology-minded, capable of broadcasting announcements campus-wide or to designated, customized zones that meet show management’s specific needs. A portable PA system is available to serve the Outdoor Arena.
Catering and concessions are available in-house at the National Equestrian Center. The facility provides convenient group foodservice and economical concessions featuring a broad array of tasty hot and cold food choices, beverages, and full bar selections.

The West Mezzanine Hall at NEC is over 500 square feet of unique, upper-level Banquet space accommodating up to 250 people and overlooking the West Arena through a bank of impressive, full-height windows. Elevated ring-side VIP booths are available, too, and lend well to table-side service and premium “front-row” spectating.
